I never use Adderall, only Concerta and Ritalin, but I don't want to use them because they give me too much focus. I just want to control my brain, calm down a bit, and reduce my impulsive behaviors. Does Adderall help with that?I have ADHD that went undiagnosed until my late 30's. I've also been using AAS's off and on since my mid 20's but mostly off until my mid 30's. So I have some experience here and I'd say that if it does help it's to do with being disciplined and having good habits. Of course once one is on Adderall this becomes exponentially easier but if I came off the Adderall I think I'd find it easier doing it while on cycle and focused on goals each day. I suspect I'd grab some. Modafinil to ease the transition.
I need regulation more than stimulation. I have been taking Foquest for five years. It's been great. Yep this place is like an open air insane asylum, I like it.I was a bit surprised at the number of people I see on these forums who claim to have ADHD.
I shouldn't be though. Many who end up turning to steroids can do it more to just feel better and then there are those who turn to the gym and steroids after they drop a life threatening addiction.
A lot of us have other diagnoses including myself. With this lifestyle, IMO, its less common to see those without other underlying issues.
I did. Modafinil works for me in all ways better.Curious to hear if anyone here uses non stimulants like atomoxetine.
Nice. I take Modafinil in combination with Vyvanse since running Moda alone only helped with wakefulness but didn’t help at all with ADHD one bit (task initiation, impulse control). Personally I see it as a narcolepsy drug first and foremost.I did. Modafinil works for me in all ways better.

Modafinl is absolutely a narcolepsy drug and most commonly used by shift workers and those with uncontrolled sleep apnea.Nice. Then again my sleep’s fucked and has been for a long so I could experiment with Moda only later on. The Vyvanse effect where you’re glued to a screen for no reason and can’t stop is not fun.
I just started injectable glutathione and it has really helped my mental clarity. This could be why!I have read that ADHD may be related to inflammation so "basic" supplements like fish oil, curcuma, etc.. might actually be the real deal to add to your stack.

It will help you to stay focused and alert when you don't get quality sleep but like you stated, it won't necessarily make you focused on what you should be focused on meaning if you have ADHD, odds are you will still have issues even if you take Moda.
I prefer to use Moda sparingly and not for more than 2 consecutive days. If I have that much trouble with quality sleep fucking up my clarity needed for work, I will find other avenues to address that.

Hi all,
Has anyone or experienced whether AAS helps with ADHD? Does have advanteges or disadvanteges?
