Okay so I paid them last Tuesday and there website says 3 to 7 days and it’s been 10 days. I contacted them and was promised my tracking number two days ago but then never heard back from them since then, anyone have a similar issue with these guys . Kind of a bummer they’ve always done well by me until now.

If you can't get a hold of them and you have tried multiple times and they still don't respond within 72 hours, I would file a complaint with the better business bureau. Haha. Jk.

Seriously, if they don't respond within 72 hours and you have sent multiple emails trying to contact them, you might want to cut your losses and order elsewhere.

I don't believe he sources here. Maybe go to a board he's on and pm him or his rep. If that doesn't work start this thread there. You may get more traction.

If nothing new comes of your situation, try joining the forum they source on. Then calmly explain what happened.

Can't guarantee you will get results, but it's worth a try for a last resort.

Your right I’ll try to find which forum they source on, thank you man. They said on Tuesday that “I’ll shortly get my package this week” and then after that they’ve been MIA

They only source on boards that protect them from fucking people. Months ago AELs var after making my girlfriends hair fall out was tested by Analyzer and proven to contain winny. They have no idea what’s in their Raws this was proven. They started sending bottles out with shit floating in them. They started not filling orders at all or only partially taking weeks. They’ve had so many issues at this point even the scam site bop said don’t order from them
