Women-Only Advice for a mom

Hi all. I’m a 40 yr old mom of 3. My youngest is 2 and I have a 9 yr old that I homeschool. My oldest is in college. I just needed to share because I feel very alone in the journey I’m on. I had 3 c sections and my body is wrecked.

I’m 5’2 and when I started my journey on NYE I was 218.4. As of today I am 187. PMS is here and I’m up .6 since last Saturday. This happens every damn month. But, I’m doing a very clean weight watchers diet and hit the gym every other day without fail. And yet, it’s just not good enough.

I decided to order var and am patiently waiting for it to arrive. I’m working on my body harder than I ever have and I just see a pile of $hit no matter what. Does anyone have a similar story or advice? I feel so used up and like a lost cause

I'm not sure if you came back or if you even did the cycle, but you are not alone. A lot of people struggle with their weight and body image.

It sounds like you have done well so far. Losing 30+lbs is no easy feat.

Maybe you can find a gym class to join, have a chance to meet other people also trying to improve themselves. Sometimes, a sense of community is what you need to help push you forward.
