Advice for Albuterol?

So after doing lots of research on Albuterol, I have decided to try a cycle to help me shed a few extra pounds of BF in addition to my regular workout routine and diet. I have never tried using anything of this nature and am hoping to receive some good, sound advice in regards to dosage, timing of dosages, tapering on/off, optimal duration of cycle, as well as whether or not to cycle with Benadryl. From what i could gather from scouring the web, I have come to a rough idea of how my cycle should go. This is an 8 week cycle.

Week 1: 4 mg Albuterol once a day/ 1 mg Benadryl once a day before bed

Week 2: 4 mg Albuterol twice a day/ 1 mg Benadryl once a day before bed

Week 3-8: 4 mg Albuterol three times a day/ 1 mg Benadryl once a day before bed

Any advice, tips, or forms of constructive criticism are highly encouraged. The more the merrier! I do fully acknowledge the fact that I am a noob when it comes to this area so please be gentle.

It's good to see someone take things seriously and do their research before starting.

That said, it's common enough among new people to hear about thermogenics like clen and albuterol (clen especially since the side effects are deceptively strong) and get an exaggerated idea about their potency. In reality, both clen and albuterol will have minor (but notable) effects on metabolic rate and fat loss. The only reason I stress this point is so you don't go through the same mistake others do; putting too much faith in the drug and then neglecting effort in diet and cardio.

I'm not saying this is you, but it's good to think of it as a small extra touch on everything that actually matters a hell of a lot more -- calorie deficit and cardio.

My wife is currently doing a 2 on 1 off schedule with albuterol on the advice of her prep coach. He advises either an ephedrine base fb or an otc fb on days off, but we don't do anything on sundays to give her body a break.

Personally I think clenbuterol is better for weight loss. But that's my personal choice. try albuterol after all it's good to experiment so you can base different opinions. Your idea looks good, I just would also run it for a shorter duration of time. And like Noah mentioned, it's far from a miracle worker, unlike good diet and cardio.

I'm really only considering this because I keep plateauing when I get closer to 10% BF. It becomes frustratingly difficult to lose those last couple pounds despite having a closely monitored diet and intense weightlifting/cardio program. I'm not looking for this to be a miracle pill or anything of the sort. All I expect is for this to help give me that edge to finally take down that last bit of stubborn fat while remaining in a healthy and safe state.

One Benadryl pretty much knocks me out, but 4mg Albuterol doesn't do anything at all unless I take it too close to bed time. If you're over, say, 180lbs, you might decide to up the Albuterol more quickly, as soon as you know how you react to it. Also, skip the Benadryl unless you experience insomnia. Not everyone does.
