Advice for arals as pwo

Hey,lads.
Long story short version.
I was high dose guy,but this cycle I chosen to try lower doses. Now my doses are:
Test e 450
Primo 450
Npp 300
Methyl trenbolone only training days 1mg
Reason of question,I need your advice which oral prep to choose as pre workout?
Most likely is dianabol or turinabol. Why as pwo? I wondering,if use as pwo less stress for body and you can using in long term.

why do you need an oral preworkout? what for?

sounds counterproductive in the longrun with how toxic they are.

are you a powerlifter in a powerlifting meet? strongman? physique athlete in a prep? doing a photoshoot? what are you trying to do?

if you are planning on running orals preworkout on several training days for more than 4-6 weeks, i think you need to reconsider your cycle design.

I trying between two craps or pwo with dmaa or oral,and seen orals more beneficial. Maybe injectable tbol also is an option?

Look at your sleep, diet, stress and lifestyle. You are fucking up somewhere. You shouldnt need drugs to get through a workout unless you are deep into a hard diet.
 
if you REALLY need energy, and every other aspect of your life is completely dialed in, try caffeine tabs or quick acting amphetamines/ some DMAA

Have you tried TNE? If it’s intensity and focus you are seeking TNE is the answer. Tbol and Dbol are more for strength. Tbol is friendlier to your lipids, BP and water retention than Dbol. Both are pretty hard on the liver.

I’d avoid orals if possible and try TNE.

stop trying to fit a square peg into round hole and go get a sleep study and fix your sleep issues. its going to wreck you more and more the longer it goes on. Using uppers and drugs as a crutch isnt a solution in the long run.

I'll tell you my daily routine
3 am wake up
5am at work
3-4pm finish my job
5pm at gym
7-8pm finish gym
9pm going sleep
I know,it's horrible. But I dont want loose my passion
 
hey @armburst i do not know if you are still taking the 100mg modafinil as pwo as you said in december '24 but that could severely impede you sleep if taken in the afternoon
other than that : CPAP machine? you are quite massive, so maybe doing a sleep lab to look for sleep apnea could be useful.

My friend,modafinil became to expensive in eu. I'll try OPTI moda,but not now. Time to take a break. I used to 3years in row moda
