Advice for first cycle

Hello guys.I'm ninenteen years old and i 've been training for three years.I think that my body has reached its limits so i guess it's time for a little push.I've done a little research and i found that Testosterone Enanthate for 10 weeks would be a good choice(i might also add Dianabol for four weeks but i'm not sure).I need some help with my PCT too.From what i read Clomid and Nolvadex must be used after Test and Dbol.My main issue is that i don't know how much the cycle might cost me,how many mg a day of each should i take and when to use them.(I'm aware of the steroid usage side effects).So what do you guys think?Any advice would be usefull.Thanks in advance.
 
Trust me mate wait till you reach 21. You still have enough natural hormones, just focus on gaining weight, use peanut butter for calories and i recomend you take a test booster instead of starting cycling jus yet. I mean like tribulus and other products. Will make a big diference trust me

i second that. but of course, at 19 you are going to do whatever the hell you want and not take expert advice. [:o)]

you should really start focusing on your training, diet, and supplements.
when your body matures, then go ahead and run a cycle.
 
too young!! natural test is still soaring and your growth plates and cells arent done yet. i wouldn't mess with that stuff. diet and training along with natural test boosters need to be done for you. you need a high calorie diet. figure out your maintenence and then add like 3-500 cals a day and you should gain 1.5-2 lbs a week without a huge fat gain. If you are dead set then you need a clomid and nolvadex pct cycle and look into some arimidex to have on hand to just in case. you really shouldnt do it yet but if you do then be safe and do toooooons of research!

You prob dont want to hear it again but too young. I made the mistake of starting to young with compounds I didnt understand and am paying the price to this day. And 21 is too young as well imo. If your dead set on doing it I suggest tunadrol and chickendex with a pct consisting of eggidex and steakdrol ;) lots of H2o:drooling:. And lots of carbo-gain.
 
You know that if you do AAS before you're through with puberty you can make it impossible to produce your own natural test, right? Let me rephrase that, IF YOU DO AAS BEFORE YOU'RE DONE GROWING YOU COULD BECOME A WOMEN WITH A USELESS LIMP PENIS AND NO TITS. Men are known to continue growing until they're in their early twenties so don't even think about it until you're 21.

19 is WAY too young to do AAS. 21 would be the absolute earliest and even then it's still risky. Besides that you're still producing so much test that AAS isn't needed. Just study up on routines and diet and you will grow like crazy. When I was 19 I started weight training and put on 20 lbs. in the first 6 weeks without proper diet or a proper routine. Just think what you can accomplish before you're 21 if you keep your diet and routine in order and stay dedicated.
 
Tribulus is total shit and will not do shit for test levels at all. This has been documented in many studies and since mentioned I figured I'd bring it up. As for using at 19, I started at 21 and honestly believe I would've benefited more if I'd waited a few more years. If you're a healthy male you should be producing an abundance of natural test and if good training/diet is followed you should make excellent progress. Most young guys have the added benefit of that elevated metabolism which is a blessing allowing you to stay lean even while slamming down lots of pizza a d burgers thus helping with adding mass. Of course cleaner dieting is best but at your age unless you're dispositioned towards fat gain I wouldn't worry. Too keep natural test high don't fear fat. Saturated fat is key to maximizing hormone output and if plenty of health fats ie fish/flax are consumed there wont be damaging effects as most ignorantly trained dietary tards will have you believe. Now, will you prob still do a cycle regardless due to the impatient nature of us males but if you choose to wait you'll not be disappointed I'm sure.
 
true that about young US males being impatient. which includes myself since i'll be 21 like 3 weeks. but ive only done 2 week cycles which are the least damaging to the HPTA. to my defense though, during the academic year i have 285 meal swipes per semester where i can eat ALLL THAT I WANT TO. haha. which means to me that i should get big now before im in the "real world"
