Advice for staying pretty while on test? (Avoiding blaoting, skin deterioration, acne, etc)

Don’t think it’s super avoidable imo.
Started TRT at 22. Went from baby faced and young to looking older pretty quick.
This was pre gear blasting as well.

Blasting gear just made me look even more older.

But like others say.
Hydration, proper diet /nutrition, keeping lipid/blood levels in check, don’t drink or smoke, don’t let your E2 run high (bloat)

If you don’t have issues with acne before likely test won’t do much. But you definitely will get more oily. which in result can cause more blackheads/ache.
Luckily I never had acne issues after high school.
Good body wash & face wash.
Gut health is a major factor in acne too. Dairy breaks me out as well sweets/sugar. If your diet and hormones are good that’ll help.

Never once had a need for acutane, and never will.
 
I’ll only take a stab at the bloating part… I’ve been blessed with perfect skin, and cursed with baldness LOL. Some of this is just the hand nature dealt us.

Learn your dry compounds and wet compounds. Water retention can be somewhat managed with an AI, but it might be wiser to choose a compound which doesn’t lead to a lot of water retention in the first place.

For example:
Test/Deca/Dbol… great for bulking/joint support and is on the mild side. This cycle will make you hold water.

Swapping out Dbol for Anadrol will reduce water retention significantly, and will still support bulking just fine.

Swapping out Deca for EQ will also reduce water retention and increase vascularity. Gains should slow down with this swap. EQ is a slower acting compound than Deca, and EQ is usually ran on long cycles.

I would not swap both and run a test/EQ/drol cycle. EQ and Drol are dry, but both promote red blood cell production. That is a recipe for high blood pressure. Some people might do this, but I’m sure they are watching their hemocrit.

Research compounds THOROUGHLY and ask questions.

Do you guys have good ways to stay youthful looking?
Hydration, lots of sleep, clean diet, NO ALCOHOL, GH, GLOW peptide, MT-II (if you like - everyone looks better with a tan - though if it's from real sun exposure you can look like an alligator bag).

Regarding sleeping, highly recommend (if you haven't already) to get a home sleep study. Even if you don't snore / don't have a huge neck / aren't heavy, OSA is very under-diagnosed and treating it properly with CPAP is a game-changer not only in terms of your overall well-being but also for your bloodwork when on AAS (HCT higher in OSA patients). Additionally, if you have OSA, using test / AAS will make it a lot worse.

My friends from college tell me that I'm aging in reverse, but my beard is still coming in half gray in my 40's. Blasted gear in my 20's - took 15 years off - started TRT a few years back, now run no more than 150 - 300 mg test, 3-4 iu GH, and occasionally add a low dose mild anabolic like mast / primo. I don't think that blasting gear (if that's your thing) makes you look less youthful. If you are lean, the water retention will keep your skin tight. But gear / HGH aside, as you age your body just becomes less efficient at everything. The diet must be on point. Alcohol must be low / zero. Lots of sleep, lots of water, lots of LISS / walking.

It's dehydrating for one. Toxic another. Also is wasted calories (more likely to add weigh to you) and 100% will impact your athletic performance the next day. I used to think that wasn't the case, a beer or 2 no big deal. Then I removed alcohol totally and the impact was staggering. If you're a strength athlete in a mass gaining phase and you can afford to sleep in to 12 pm, then having some IPA's or whatever on top of all your food calories may not be so impactful, but you can't escape the dehydration / toxicity aspect.

Certain compounds are harder than others. Test will age you like the other guy said. As soon as I blasted test, the sides of my hair turned white along with my sideburns. But I'm already 30 years old so maybe it was just time. Some Acne is inevitable, gotta learn to live with it. Avoid masteron, for some reason it makes people's skin leathery like greg douchette. Tren is a big no if you care about aging. Just avoid steroids and be a pretty butterfly like the rest guys said .

If you want to stay youthful? Easy, bro - just stop aging. Works every time.

1. Stay lean.
2. Smart cycles - cruise on test, don’t blast like a maniac.
3. HGH + a few peptides - the closest thing to pressing rewind.
4. Clean diet and cardio - because no drug can outwork pizza face.

Do this, and you’ll look like a polished statue instead of a buff raisin.

I’m gonna do this exact protocol, and then when I get blood work. Imma look at my doctor and say bigger is beautifuler
