can any of you pro's give me your advice on this hrt protocol.
I am now using 40 mgs of testosterone cypionate twice per week ( mon- thursday).
The theory behind it is smaller dosages mean much smaller spiked in DHT which should reduce dht related side affects.
When i was using 100 mgs once per week the following 2 days after my injection my free and total T was very high but so was DHT which went to 150 when the top of the range is 90.
I dont want issues with hair loss and i certainly dont want to worsen prostate issues.
I am 52 and have a slightly enlarged prostate.
My doc says " in theory" the dht spikes would be smaller but more even opposed to the big spike then a gradually lowering with once per week.
