I am a 32 year old female. I entered into fitness 13 years ago by way of running. For about the past 5, I have been dedicated to weights. I am 132 pounds, fairly solid. I do 30 minutes of cardio per week. I train 3 on 1 off. My husband is very informed on this site and asked that I post my questions and concerns.
Most importantly, summer is coming. I want to gain weight (not too much), mainly fill out existing muscles and be tight and hard for the summer. My husband has suggested I try Wintrol, D-Bol and a few others. However, I would appreciate the advice of a female or a male who has assisted a female with these types of situations.
How long and how much should I begin taking. If not the suggestions above, please make one or a few.
