Week 1-5 low impact cardio 30min ed
Week 6-9 interval sprints 30min ed
Week 1-7 prop 100mg eod
Week 1-9 Masteron 100mg eod
Week 1-4 dbol 25ed
Week 1-4 drol 50ed
Week 5-7 Tbol 50ed
Week 5-7 Winn 75ed
Week 1-9dex 1mg eod
Week 9-10 Clomid 50ed
Week 9-10 nolvadex 20ed
Am looking to do a quick bulk/cut cycle. Too many changes? Though about making it longer? Thought about dropping the drol and Tbol. So I would be going from dbol to Winn. Or staying at 25mg dbol and drol, keeping Tbol at 50 and dropping Winn to 50. Or keeping all the original does but use injectable winni instead of oral.
*Really realize liver support is necessary- thinking of going with les labs liver support supplement.
Started diet calories 5000
Protein 300
fats/oils 30g
Simple/complex carbs 600g
My question aside from cycle opinions is what would my recommended calories. Protein. Fat n oils. Carb intake be form now until week 4. Then how should they change week 5 on?
I'm thinking week5-9
calories 4500
protein 250g
Fat/oils 15g
Carbs 350-400g
Feel free to butcher this to heck and back. I've never done a cycle like this.
Over 10yrs I've done over ten cycles. Want to try to get past this plateau and also tighten up
30yrs old 5'6" currently 203lbs 14% body fat.
