Advice on upcoming cycle

I'm 5'6 155lbs and have been lifting on and off for about 10 years now starting at 125 at 19. I was 27 this summer at 165,10% body fat and took a semester off for college so now I'm 155. Started back a few weeks ago and kept most of my gains and strength. I'm eating every 3-4 hours again (mostly clean)

Cycle History
Started off a cycle 2 years ago with prop for 6 weeks and no PCT like a moron. Took a few months off and washed rinsed repeated with...
Sus and test with clomid pct.
Next cycle was just test e.

Upcoming cycle
This coming cycle I have access to only test e or sus, anavar, and dbol. I've cycled three times so I'm planning on taking Tudca all the way until PCT is over and have already started. I want gains, but not at the expense of burning the candle from both ends. Ideally, I want to be 190lbs lean but want to get there responsibly and have patience. I've read a lot about cycles but would appreciate any advice from vets here at meso.

Cycle length -12 weeks
Dosages - 1ml eod
Goals - 10 to 15 lbs of gains
Diet - Chicken w/rice, Beef w/Sweet Pot, Tuna and salad, Chicken Bruschetta w/rice and so on every 3-4 hours. I have 1 or 2 cheat meals once a week.

Also I plan to have bloodwork done before I start to check the potency of my source and monitor my levels. This is the first year I have insurance and bloodwork only costs me about $30 so I think this will be interesting.
