Here is a little background info on me:
I'm 5'9" 215-220 I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks.

Bench: 405
Squat: 505
Deadlift: 505 deadlift progression has been hindered this year by two hamstring tweaks one in each leg. First tweak was from racing my son no warm-up or stretching. Stupid on my part. I tweaked my left hammie playing football last month. Goal is to get my deadlift to or above 600 within the year and to get my squat close to my deadlift or more.

I started with 5x5. Then I did Westside method, I've used 6x3 at 90-92% of my 1 rep max. I've played around with power building routine.

I will be starting this journey natty. Once my wife becomes pregnant I'll jump on cycle.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'll bump this one last time to see if anyone has any suggestions or advice. I will start my log today.

I like Jamie Lewis' destroy the opposition and or chaos and pain for strength gains. I respond well to that style of lifting.

I recently started Gabe Tufts unleashed program... it's a 12 week program... lots of super sets thus far... it's a high rep routine with the typical 4-5 sets per exercise...you'll have to pay for it from the body spartan site... I liked his Genesis program as well... I end up putting my own little tweaks to it though but that's just me

Thank you. How much is the program?

I don't brother...but to answer your question on the cost you'll have to check the bodyspartan site... I think I saw a sale in the fb news feed but don't quote me on that.. it cost me 99.00 so it's not cheap... definitely check it out before you buy it.. you have to watch some videos before you can start the program where he basically explains the method to his madness and to encourage you to check the ego at the door because you'll be dropping weight to accommodate the high reps and sets

RTS is a must read.
Thank you @Perrin Aybara will be reagujv RTS manual as well.
