Doing back ,quads, traps, and delta get there own day. Chest arms and hams I combine with abs and calves on opposite days. I do 4 exercises per group and 4/10 ,8,6 depending on if I'm goin up wieght. I switch up every 3 weeks. Mostly sets, or arrangement of groups worked. What y'all think?

Looks ok... if I understood it right.

What are your goals? How is your nutrition?

Mass and strength atm, I'm trying to do 200 to 300 grams of protein a day plus 300 carbs
Are you gaining weight?

Also one I think I didn’t understand was what you switch every 3 weeks?

If you are gaining weight and getting stronger. I wouldn’t keep switching my program every 3 weeks. Hit it hard until your gains stall.

Can I see your training split in more detail?

If your goals are mass and strength, and you’re in your 30’s, unless you’re a beginner to training I have an easy suggestion.

Pick one.

Get bigger by focusing on hypertrophy techniques, then shift to a more strength based approach.
Then rinse and repeat.

Yes, even up to 30 it will always be more effective than trying to do everything at once.

It also depends on the tasks and how your body reacts better. I wanted to say that systematic training is useful everywhere, at any age.
