advise on ai dose for npp

whats up brothers want to get ready for simple 3rd cycle 500 test e 300 npp I'm looking for info on initial arimadex dose till i get bloods . rt now I'm running 500 test w .5 adex every 3 days last year i did the same cycle but w deca but didn't have access to blood work due to state i live in and doctors . this year i do .i stopped the deca last year due to limp dick and rt nip hurting a bit . i was taking .5adex eod . this year i have access to blood work thats normal .meaning no female panel i can get e2 or anything that a man normally would have checked thru doc using insurance .any advise and criticism would b appreciated!!! thank u

If you know you're sensitive to Deca-dick, I would start with test:nandrolone no higher than 2:1 (500:250mg/w).
You really need to be able to measure estrogen before messing with AIs.

morning I'm on trt 200 mg per week and my e2 was within range i believe 28 i upped the test to 500 per week ago a month ago and started adex at .5 e3 days. i feel good .last year i wasn't takin adex till 4 weeks in when my nips got sore . bc of my state i can't get blooods thru labs md without script i told my doc the truth he doesn't condone it and wasn't happy but said he would write a script for bloods so i can monitor bloods properly i can check e2 now on 500 test and see where I'm at taking the .5 e 3 days i guess

Well, stay on your current protocol, take the blood test, and if out of range high try E2D, if under 30 try stretching it to E4D.
