First post on this fine board of yours Done a lot of lurking on this and other boards and guys seem to have your shit together fairly well and I look forward to learning and possibly contributing from time to time.
Little info on me- I'm 29 , 5'9 , 192lbs , roughly 20% bf. To be painfully honest I am a yo-yo'er. Im one of those guys that has times of commitment and consistent hard work lasting 3months to a year followed by not doing jack shit for the next year. I hate it but there's no changing the past right? But at the moment I am on a very positive upswing and workouts have been going well and diet is slowly getting better so I am joining here to try and motivate/educate myself as I go and really make this one last! Thanks in advance!
