So long story short I ended up in the ER yesterday I was on a steroid Pak for allergies 4 weeks ago. And since coming off it I developed a permanent cough. So I had it checked out Dr did some testing and checked my breathing capacity etc..... Dr leaves to check results of test comes back and says well..... You have GERD and Asthma I said okay kind of a late diagnosis me being 31 and all his response was the GERD left untreated for so many years was the one factor and the steroid Pak for the allergies pretty much sealed the deal for amplifying asthma symptoms. So know I have to carry around this stupid inhaler with me every were i go. I'll tell you what that stuff sure is strong amps me up like I've had a case of redbull. Not used to it since I do live a stimulant free lifestyle me and caffeine don't get along very well. But I guess things could be worse. Does not effect my training at all which I think is a plus. We shall see if this albuteral helps my cough anytime soon. Thought I would share my thoughts on this.
