I don’t think you should stop it, I would say cut it if you need cardio for a comp or the BP gets out of control.gh is bad for cardio too? Oh man was running like 12iu a day. Should I drop that lol
GH helps with recovery season to session. As pointed out grapplers are not bodybuilders. I have never seen huge muscle gain from the PED’s. They are for recovery. This keeps you on the mats. More time on the mats makes you better. My cardio is always bad I don't know lol.
TBH no idea if gh even does anything. Been on it for a while. The only things that really are noticeable for me are a few weeks after tren, or changes in my weight. I've stopped gh for a while here and there too
Never really heard of gh hurting cardio or no though. I think I usually hover around 130, except maybe after big blasts it goes up?
If you take his thread into considering where grams of gear is easily thrown around then i highly doubt endurance is his priority, all the orals huge amounts of gear will do the oppositeIt mostly just boils down to your own individual response and how you feel on the mat. PED's make such a dramatic difference in bodybuilding that guys have a tendency to expect the same results in grappling or MMA but I just haven't seen it.
I went through a period where I was experimenting with Anadrol, tren, and all kinds of nonsense. The results in the weight room were dramatic, but dramatically bad on the mat. I was red as a tomato and gassing the fuck out after about 60 seconds of rolling. Hard rounds were basically out of the question. I almost ended up quitting entirely after a decade of training just because of my PED "abuse."
For me, anything beyond about ~300mg total load and the cons start to match the pros. I'm one of the older guys, though. I consider TRT+ an absolute must and do prefer to have my test levels at around 1,200.
Everyone has their own sweet spot. Find it and try to resist the urge to keep pushing the steroids unless grappling isn't your priority.

300 test 200 primo/mast/eq would not be a ridiculous stack if it's working for you. I personally would not do EQ. Some guys report cardio gains via high RBC but remember these are bodybuilders who kinda... don't know shit about cardio. Anyone who considers "steps" to be cardio - just discount every opinion they have about real athletic endeavors. Primo would be valid if you're looking for AI.Yeah fair, and dang 1200test I usually cruise on ~150test that puts me around 600. To hit 1200 levels I'd need to take 300mg of test, which is basically what 300/200 would do.
Well I'm not really talking about grams of gear? 300/200 is .5, and then just 20mg tbol, even with halo I mean that's still not grams of gear?
I'm very open to running lower amounts here, it's why I'm asking.
You have to try it for yourself, that is all the fun.I feel like I see a lot of people mention EQ for endurance - runners, grapplers, even people in this thread. tbol and cardarine too. I'm just worried 300test would be too much, and I can only take so much eq with lower test doses too.
Don't know exactly 'what working for you' is, my cardio is my weak point even on cruise. Just trying to see a good cycle focused on endurance, I feel like I'm narrowing down on 300/200eq with 20mg cardarine, 20mg tbol last 4 weeks, and considering halo 10mg last week.
I guess my biggest concern is maybe I should drop to like 200/100 test eq, and how good halo is
where? The GH and joint health research is actually two papers that you posted. They have been excellent so far.
I do not remember the name of the thread. I went through my downloads and I think this is one of them.where?
