I'm lookin' to murder my liver with some T-Bol as well, was gonna go the winny route, but these old joints and the cold weather would've had me f*ck3d!!
Man that T-bol was the fuckin shit!!! im definitely gonna grab some for my next cycle too i think, though it was pretty harsh on my liver lol. Thanks for following along with my log brother. Hoping i can continue to grow through PCT. No plans on falling off or slackin, lets get it!! All my buddies ran their cycle and ALL fell off during PCT, nope, not me.

On a side note: do you happen to know any good remedies for stretch marks? man i got some gnarly ones... couple inches long and probably an inch and a half thick... even went into a tattoo of mine and kinda fucked it up, lol. Someone said coconut butter/oil?
 
In reference to that pic i posted, how much more lean or bigger would i have to get to comfortably step on stage and compete (starting with a local show)? I want to try and do a competition within the next 6 months just to see what i am up against and to have the experience.

That's the attitude ya gotta have. You're gonna lose a little, just don't make it a lot. No real remedies for stretch marks coconut butter will help.

This Strivectin product is some good shit. Really expensive though like $140 for 4oz. :eek: But ya could go in to someplace like Macey's especially this time for yr and hit up on the chick (I'd go for the lonely middle aged one) at the make-up counter tell her how ya wanna get this for your mom for X-mas. She'll think its cute and probably give ya bunch of free samples and take ya out to dinner and more...

Imo ya need a little more size, it ain't gonna hurt if ya try though. It'll be a great learning experience.

Lot leaner bro but you compete in weight classes so you can get as lean and as small as you want and still place well. Best advice would be go to a local show and see how people look. If you juice you should do untested federations or your a piece of shit in my book

Agreed, I'm not claiming natty lol quite frankly I don't give a fuck if people know if I have juiced or not because my work ethic and ambition and dedication surpasses many of the people I know, my progress comes from dieting and hard training ultimately, not reliant on any juice. Thanks for the feedback guys , I'm gonna check out a local show, try and put on about 10 more lbs and then lean out and see what I can do. Ultimately I'm just going to be competing against myself.
 
Just found a pic from about exactly a year ago , give or take about a week. The difference between these photos is incredible to me. Not exact same poses but pretty close, literally every aspect of my body has improved. This is with 9 months natty training and a 3 month test tbol cycle. Incredible!image.jpegimage.jpeg

Huge difference bro, nice transformation in such a short amount of time. The triceps make your arms look real good.

BW in first pic is around ~145, second pic is about 178.
It's now been 7 days since My last prop shot and 2.5 weeks since my last cyp shot. Day 2 of PCT today. My PCT protocol is Clomid at 50/50/25/25 and nolva at 40/40/20/20. Bill Roberts article talked about combining serms at lower dose still effective which is why I chose those doses. I have lost about 4~5 lbs so far, seems to all be water weight I'm guessing, jus look a little flatter but still holding on to my size and strength is still going up it seems.
 
Day 3 PCT
I still feel good honestly, energy still good throughout the day, good energy in the gym, small decline in libido right now so i will probably use some cialis. Not feeling any bad side effects during PCT yet.

Also trained legs today, went with a female friend of mine to help her out but still trained hard. Today

Also showed her some rear delt and lat exercises. Was a good workout though, my hammies and calves already have some soreness. Good focus on full stretch and contraction today

Thanks for checking out the log man. The var was a nice finisher with the prop, but I would prefer to run it longer than 21 days next time because I feel like I was just starting to get the most muscle separation and strength benefits from it as I stopped it. Hard to say if it was worth it. I am happy with my results. May have been better to save the var for another run, but oh well. Next time
 
PCT still going good. Noticed the drop in libido, but other than that energy is still good, I'm still getting stronger or at least maintaining my strength, after losing those initial 4 lbs of water I'm not losing anything else. Diet still on point with 500 calorie surplus minimum per day. Vascularity has improved since dropping the water weight, so has some extra muscle separation and definition, quads lookin nice. Still have some testicular atrophy but it's getting better day by day. Hopefully I can recover quick and get my natty test back up to my 700 baseline, and get some libido back.
 
Today was the first day i noticed a difference in the gym, nothing too big, but a slight drop in endurance and strength, i could still push all my weight, but i got fatigued faster and it felt a bit heavier, couldnt get as many reps as i normally do. Libido has hit rock bottom, definitely going to have to use cialis if i want any chance at a strong erection, but we will find out tonight when i hang with my girl. Ive experienced this in the past when i came off of a prohormone, libido was shit and couldnt even get an erection, took about 7-14 days for it to start coming back. Everything still going good. Tough weekend, i was feeling nauseous for like three days in a row, was very difficult to eat anything, so i was well below maintenance for a few days, weight is now down to 170-171lbs. Starting to feel better so im gonna see if i can put some of that weight back on. I think most of the weight lost was water, because i dont look like ive lost any size really, just the difference of a muscle looking "full" because of all the water and glycogen stored versus it now looking a little flatter.
