What r u eating for protein and carbs and fats in grams?

I’m asking because I don’t like going under 400 carbs

I do however eat 270-300 protein.

But it would be easier to lower that to 240 grams I just wonder if there would be a huge difference between 240 and 280

I’m currently eating 253 and it’s ten times easier than 300
