Am I cheating on JS rows?

allright my JS rows have been increasing with my first real full run of the 5x5. Well I have gotten it up to 170 in my third week of 3x3 but I have developed a quick jerk at the top of the rep. I don't think I have any hip movement but can't be sure since I train alone. Should I have a smooth movement throughout or is this a symptom of hip movment that I should stop?

Hey some like a nice smooth movement all the way through and some like it when you jerk or thrust a little harder at the top of the rep .. COLD SHOWER MANWHORE COLD SHOWER!
 
Its an explosive movement. As long as you arent standing up, or moving the torso too much past parrallel to the ground, a little jerking is ok.
