allright my JS rows have been increasing with my first real full run of the 5x5. Well I have gotten it up to 170 in my third week of 3x3 but I have developed a quick jerk at the top of the rep. I don't think I have any hip movement but can't be sure since I train alone. Should I have a smooth movement throughout or is this a symptom of hip movment that I should stop?
