Amino Acids

Post work out is when I used them. But I quit takiing them many years ago. Since I eat protien every couple of hours there are always aminos freely availiable.
 
I was gonna ask a question about BCAAs, but what's been said above might just sum it all up. I was going to ask why people don't use them as much as they did in the 80s and 90s. Most people I knew who trained through this period used them with seemingly religious zeal.

As a throwback from this "trauma" i myself use them with the same vigour these days. I always felt they were worth it... hmmm...
