What is the amount of meals you eat to ratio of macros?

What is the best ratio you have for best results?

For instance eating all your macros in 2 meals or 5 meals. Or having each meal with a ratio of 50-60-10 macros.

5 meals
2 snacks (1x protein shake, 1x protein bar)

Carb load Breakfast.
Carb load PWO meal and final snack before dinner. (I workout evenings)

Protein is kept around 50g per meal
Carbs and fats will change dependant on my current goals.

What is considered a carb load for you? How many? Or is it like 1/3 of your carb goals?
 
I know one person is going to say, just get them in by the end of the day, or just wat dont get so detiled, but thats no fun.

i find it interesting on what others do, and get the knowledge of the detail even if i dont use it.

i love learning all of it.
 
All depends on what you’re doing. Cutting involves fasting because once I break the cherry, I end up eating non stop, it’s usually 4-5 meals + a post WO shake. Don’t really put a number on macros/meal, just overall daily numbers. Bulking involved macro timing, carbs around workout. Usually 6-8 meals, again, no set macros/meal. I’ll try to plug in my whole day before I start eating based on what I have available and tweak as I go.
 
I am lazy calculating cals and macros so before a cut or bulk I do it once and plan my food for the entire program. Of course this means boring food as it is the same thing day after day. I am good with that though so it works for me. My meals are 4 a day on a cut, 5 a day on a bulk. All meals the same and created equal so split evenly throughout the day.

since you already mentioned what i was thinking ill say quiet.

I usually do 4-5 meals and an intraworkout shake during surpluses.

During deficits i eat 3-4 meals.
 
6 meals.. something around 50g of pro per meal (1st meal pre wo slightly more) , around 50g of carbs per meal, post wo slightly more, low fat...

i hate to eat same shit by the way, I would fuckin eat cheese , cheese, cheese, cheese, a lot of dishes with cheese, would love to eat Bread and Nutella or Nestlè condensed milk... would love to eat bread , olive oil , sea salt and melted cheese... fuck... fuck... fuckin Porcoddio...

I would love starve and eat 3 times daily 1000kcals in total... fuck, cheese
 
Normally 6 meals on maintenance training days and 5 meals on maintenance non training days. When I am cutting I keep the number of meals the same. When I am trying to bulk I will add a meal each day. So 7 and 6.
Protein intake is generally the same for most meals. Carbs and fats are adjusted based on the time of training. Even though I will consume carbs at every meal, the majority of them are structured around my workout. The majority of my fats are consumed further away from my workouts. Most of my fats are actually consumed at bedtime to slow down my digestion system a bit to allow the casein or milk to be used slowly overnight.
