Is 2.5 cc's too much oil to inject into the quad? What about the delt? Will these muscles be able to absorb that much oil? THanks

hey bro, 2.5 cc's is fine for the quad, i wouldn't go more than 1.5cc's for the delt though. That is just my 2 cents.

I have done 3cc in the quad, and glute before, but no more than 1.5 as was stated in the delts.
