ANABOLICS 11th Edition William Llewellyn

He was caught with writing nonsense, there was a few discussions and he was discredited by people who actually know something about bodybuilding.

As I pointed before this guy does not hold any scientific degree to make the book credible. He is more like journalist writing unsupported stories.

you are getting fooled with this book.

get Arnold Schwarzenegger book he has track record of proven methods if you really want to build good body

this guy is not bodybuilder, not scientist, there are no medical studies to back up his stories in the book, you just waste money on questionable material which was posted already on forums

Good books need good editors - maybe Llewellyn has a good editor or editorial board now.

If done right, a nice quick reference book on all varieties of AAS and related PEDs isn't a bad idea.

one book to rule them all. what's the problem man? everything is on the net so does that mean all books are worthless? dude is dropping the 11th edition of accumulated info. some people like that format. I like tangible items personally and see no issue with someone who isn't a bodybuilder providing that info.

I just don't get the mud slinging...

Yeah, i have v9 and read one of the older ones as well, and i think the books are good. the best ever? maybe, maybe not. but to compare a book focusing on steroids to a book focusing on explaining individual exercises makes no sense to me. I have a couple of versions of Arnolds encyclopedia, and also some other of his books, and they are good, but quite out of date for their nutrition info.

Anyway, it is my money, and I am happy to spend it on this book, based on my experience with earlier versions.

how can it be out of date maybe the new crap is wrong. you want to look like Arnold then follow Arnold old book. He has one of the best bodies I have never seen.

He is now 70 and healthy, it proves once again that his methods were safe and good.

That is where i am getting confused I think. the book comes across as an encyclopedia of all things aas/peps/gh etc.

not so much a book to build a great body, but a book on the extracurricular things in our lifestyle, i.e. 'suppliments'.

@mercury

here is the authors bio. seems like he may have a decent grasp in supplementation. maybe not the world's leading authority but still not to shabby imo.

just let's cut the crap anybody can post that bio on internet. his is working from his apartment in Colorado. You just register any company you want, any name it anyway you want and you make yourself CEO.

Just do google search for "f Research & Development for Molecular Nutrition" nothing there

we did some research and had some talking he cannot be verified and the book is just collection of things posted on forums before. the best I can say that this guys is some kind of freelance journalist and some of the stories are crap and most cannot be supported by any clinical studies.

Still not understanding the hate here. If you don't like it don't buy it.

Arnie's old books are great for pictures and exercises, for nutrition not so much as the science has moved on a lot in the last 30 years or however long it is since the original was printed. Don't believe me go and read it again. then if you still think dessicated liver tablets are the cutting edge then please use them

Anyway, I would like to know about my original question on availability of the new book if the OP is still reading this post.

.

I do not think that you got the point, it is only about quality and credibility of the material. This guy is not a doctor or scientist to give you advice and put your health at risk. There was discussion after discussion that some of the material is just crap.

unfortunately there is no totally unquestionable authority for steroid use. I agree that to base everything on one source only is not a good idea, but I have found Anabolics to be a good reference and starting point. I just wish there were more real authoritative sources for real peer reviewed research on this topic. When you consider the possible health benefits that can be gained through sensible off lable use of anabolics for either general public or even people with certain illnesses, it is a shame the media hysteria surrounding steroid use makes it difficult for real research to be done.

you have a question, a lot of knowledgeable people here are experienced body builders, from my head Dr Jim can give you better advice. This guy Levellyn or whatever his name is, is not even fucking bodybuilder.

Why are you kidding Arnold's ass? Llewellyn is trying to tell you how to be a bb or what workouts to do he's dropping knowledge on anabolics. Arnold does not do that he shows you how to pose. I know I will be getting this 11th edition. For sure
