Analysis of Anadrol powder

So as some of you know. I was getting irritated with my Anadrol capsule making, it was 20% overdosed. Also some of the test reports havent been great.

I have made 3 sets of capsules and tried to fix my recipe. all have been overdosed. Last time was only 10% overdosed when I decided not to intentionally not make up for the lack of purity. This is when I was questioning if the filler and mixing process was drying out the water from the anadrol?

Some of those that do not know about Anadrol is that it is flour like. I was suspecting water content could play a role. At the same time some anabolics are prone to photodegradation(degraded by light).

Just wanted to show my appreciation.

So I sent in 3 samples.
1 in normal bag
1 in black mylar ( more air tight, if there is humidity, it wont escape)
1 in black mylar with silica(to absorb water)

Please see below. This was being stored in very cold temperature to prevent which could have originally dried it up. The original Anadrol test for this was at 84%. unsure if it came from a humid area.

Your transparency is refreshing. But damn, I'm extremely shocked by how much storage affects the purity of anadrol. Perhaps your suspicion of the API consistency is correct. A few years ago I left a sandwich bag loosely sealed in my computer desk with anavar raws in it, I got it for free and I didn't really care about storing it correctly. I kept it in that bag for about 14 months just in my desk then one day sent it to jano and it tested as 98%. As I'm sure you're aware anavar has a salt like consistency, probably less likely to hold water than a flour like API. Perhaps that's why how I stored it didn't change the purity?

I didnt understand the consistency when I started mixing. I thought it was all like Anavar(It was the first).

When I got the Anadrol, I was wondering "WTF is this?"

@Rido Thank you for sharing this, it explains many things.

Not sure if this can be useful, but I remember that several big tabs manufacters used to specifically inquire about crystal version anadrol, according to them it's easier to make tabs, not sure what is the technology used to transform the powders versions to crystal versions but I know that most of raws factories provide the two versions for many oral products, maybe the crystal version can be less hygroscopic? no idea

I only hypothetize here, but crystals have much smaller surface area, which might help. I, however, don't think I've ever seen crystal oxymetholone, only amorphous.

There are sooooo many different manufacturering methods (wet/dry granulation, dry blending vs dissolving API with a NAPI in a solvent blending then evaporating the solvent to change the granule size and thus making it easier to get an even dosage formulation)

@Rido I know you’re phasing out products but buy 500g of Microcrystalline cellulose on eBay and use that as your filler, guarantee you’ll have far better success

Idk i have been good with vitamin C
The issue with anadrol wasn't the mixing, it was the dosing because of the water content.

I will probably have plenty of anavar for myself. I don't want to keep testing for personal use when I know how to mix my stuff.

Vit C is extremely hydroscopic as well, so blend that together with Anadrol let’s say 200mg total weight in a capsule that blend is full of water so when tested you will get strong dosage differences.

Addition of 2% or less of silicone dioxide will act as an anti caking agent encapsulating the particles and repelling water, more even flow and consistency.

The moisture it is grabbing is making it test at a lower purity, remove the moisture, it brings the purity back up.

The anadrol isnt degrading from the moisture, just throwing the test off.
