Recently I started my first cycle ( var and winni). I am at the same time supplementing with a product called p-gh, a gh precursor. I cannot get a full night's sleep since starting this cycle. I take var in the pm the about 10 hours later in the am. At approximately the same times I take the p-gh. My question is has anyone here taken a cycle of var and had trouble sleeping? Its weird cause after my workout I feel tired from then on, but after taking the var and p-gh again I feel oddly refreshed. I've tried ZMA, which used to be great for my sleep, but it no longer works. Just want some other people's experiences. Do you think I should take one/both of these a few hours earlier? Try another sleep aid? Either way I gotta start getting more than a couple hours sleep in a day. Thanks for your help...
