My wife is curious about anavar for weight loss. Just seeing if any women have used it for this purpose. She is currently taking albuterol now.

AAS weren't designed to be a weight loss tool. If she decided to use var and isn't at her goal weight yet, she will only get thicker and add on lean mass.My wife is curious about anavar for weight loss. Just seeing if any women have used it for this purpose. She is currently taking albuterol now.
She isn't there yet. Thank you for the input tho. Will definetly think about what you said in the future when she is close to being where she needs to be.AAS weren't designed to be a weight loss tool. Diet, weight training and cardio are the way to go for weight loss. If she is ready and those 3 main basics are in place then she could incorporate a fat burner/thermogenic such as ECA stack to help her burn fat a little quicker.

I know it's AAS, just in its profile it says it has been shown to help reduce midsection fat. I just didn't know if anybody has used it strictly to lose weight or not. I know diet is the key, I'm just trying to help my wife out bc I love her. I keep telling her to get an app to log calories so we can really see where she is at. Just guessing ain't going to cut it. She said after thanksgiving we will lolJust want to be straight with you, Anavar is a steroid, not a fat burner. When dieting Anavar can help you maintain your muscle you earned or even add a little, but its not a "diet" pill.
Everything comes down to diet and training, the drugs just add to it.
You are absolutely right. Var is known to reduce belly fat by promoting lipolysis but this won't be achieved by var itself. Diet is key. Using var to cut is great as it will help with the correct diet and training. Diet is key! Var was designed for weight gain, not weight loss; typically for individuals who underwent some trauma or surgeries where they need to add weight and maintain lean muscle mass.I know it's AAS, just in its profile it says it has been shown to help reduce midsection fat. Thanks for the info. I'm not going to suggest this to her. I need to help her with her diet first. You are absolutely right. Agreed! Var or any other AAS should be the furthest from her mind. Diet is number one! It's pointless to do anything before that is in place. Then her training and cardio. Once she has a good 6 months plus under her belt and a solid routine, then we can help adjust what she's doing to push even more. Diet. Diet. Diet... anything and everything she puts in her mouth should be logged. She needs to be accountable. Thanks for the info. I'm not going to suggest this to her. I need to help her with her diet first.
I prepped all her food and set up her training program for her, too.
I still can't see how that kind of use would even make sense. Sure, var doesn't surpress as much as other compounds but why waste your time with it for a day here or there or even 3?! Just makes no sense to me. As for women doing this, I personally think it's pointless. There are much better choices for adding energy, strength and recovery than using frequently faked and very expensive var.*** I mean legs day recovery at 30mg (with an AI or at least proviron) ; extreme cardio boost 5mg twice a week,no more.In women terms, this planning could be run with a very super little amounts of the drug(obviusly without the AI and mesterolone) and your wife probably will better eating "real carbohydrates"( the big carb issue could be good digestion vs real energy absorption).
