This is my second cycle and I'm super excited. Since Yesterday, I'm taking 5mg of Anavar at mornings, will increasing the dose to 10 mgs in two weeks..
The length of this cycle will be 10 weeks.

Stats:
•Female
•38 yrs old
•Starting weight: 129 lbs
•Body fat %: 20

Target: keeping my lean body mass at the same level as it is now, while decreasing my BF to 15%. I am not a Fitness competitor, so I don t really need to lower my BF more than 14-15%, but if I can why not.

I got stomach problems on 'Var before, These symptoms gradually subsided through my last cycle, I found that it really improved muscle hardness and gave me a more vascular look. It also increases strength, but you don’t feel stronger, you just lift more weight. I love Var.. wish me luck any advice is more than Welcome !

Hi,
I hope you realize that your target goal is a bit contradictory especially when using AAS. They preserve and build lean mass, it's not a fat burner. Although it will help with fat loss but that's not its purpose. Your fat loss is mostly dependent on your food.

Second, rather than using var, why wouldn't you incorporate thermogenics instead... soooooo many choices and cheap ones too...

Third, when using var, as I mentioned over and over in my answers to especially women, stomach cramps/pains are mostly dehydration issue as well as protein intake issue. While on var, make sure to increase your lean proteins and water and that will help and most likely eliminate your issues.

I’m not using Var as fat burner. I’m going on a cut so I want to hold on my muscles mass.. A good consistency “diet” and training plan is more potent than any pill.. Dedication and commitment first.. I’ll make sure I drink enough water through the day.. Thanks

Just wanted to clarify as your first post was indicating it.
Keep us posted on your progress. Enjoy!
