Anavar vs Dbol for strength gains

In my experience var gives more muscle endurance then strength and dbol gives more strength.
Thats why i use them together for endurance and strength gains.
Mg for mg dbol is much better for strength gains.
 
Everyone is different…dbol did nothing for me except back pumps and weight gain…didn’t gain any strength from it. I started at 30mg per day and got up to 50 per day with no changes. Anavar so far for a week and a half at 50 going up to 100mg per day has done way more for me aesthetically and a lot more strength increase in the short time I’ve been on it.
 
Havent done dbol but I dont see the point. I bulked very well on deca. Dhts so far give me a lot strength. Winstrol, var, anadrol give me a lot of strength. I would rather use a injectable or something more anabolic than dbol. Var is just such a great drug. If I could only run one drug besides test it would be anavar

I would say that for strength training I would choose Dbol.

Water retention has a good effect on the nerves, mood, and joints - this is very important for big weights and\or big volumes.

Also, estrogen activity is important for anabolism too.

For weightlifters who don't care about weight category, there is nothing but dbol... at least when I was one of them )))

Dbol without doubt and Yes I've used both many times before I had to quit orals.

Why is Dbol better? The simple answer is the rapid increase in intracellular fluid and tissue expansion/growth.
Bigger muscles=stronger muscles (for most people/not genetic freaks).
 
Really anavar better? Never ran var, which doses do you recommend? I mean is 30mg anavar superior to 30mg dbol?
It's objective-dependent: 30 mg var is superior to 30 mg dbol for strength (neural mechanisms) & recomp (preferentially shreds ab fat). Dbol is superior for rapid mass gains.

This was not the case for me!
I never felt the weights i used before feel light from var and doubt anybody else did!
If i dont run dbol for a good amount of time and i pop 25 mgs the weights feel light its a crazy feeling.
Also only drug that increased strength on a hard cut!
Never tried drol so that might do that also def not anavar under 50 mgs as i have not taken more.
Are you basing your statemant on personal experience ?
Maybe this is individual but i find it strange as people i know had same experience at least most of them.
 
Dbol was always easier to tolerate than most orals for me. The downside was strength gains went south soon after I discontinued use. So much so I question it's value.

Slow and steady seems to work best. It's great for fast but temporary gains. Mostly water.

Its true but the same goes for creatine gains as well and most oral steroids if not run for longer periods.
But that has its own bag of health problems .
 
For me dbol slightly gives more strength and it works faster.

But I prefer low dose of two oral. Something like 15mg Var + 25mg drol .
Less side and I look/feel alot better.

You mean dbol plus var at the same time?

If so, what dosages and what durations of use have you tried with this combination?

Ive had a growing curiosity of pairing the two together, if im not mistaken your the first guy ive seen here claim to combine the two.

Most i did was 25+25 i don't go overboard with pills.
Usually i start at 10mg of each an go up from there.
Its a good performance enhancing combo.
 
First, I would mention that bigger muscles are stronger muscles, and estrogen activity has a known relationship between estrogen to the bones - it directly affects the structure and function of other musculoskeletal tissues such as muscle, tendon, and ligament.
In these other musculoskeletal tissues, estrogen improves muscle mass and strength and increases the collagen content of connective tissues. However, unlike bone and muscle where estrogen improves function, in tendons and ligaments, estrogen decreases stiffness, and this directly affects performance and injury rates.

At the same time excess estrogen increase injury rates, so the compromise is to keep it elevated but not too much.

Well known that estrogen improves muscle proteostasis and increases sinew collagen content; however, the benefits on bone, and muscle come at the cost of decreased connective tissue stiffness. Evolutionarily, this makes sense since laxer joints and better repair following injury would facilitate healthy childbirth and recovery after it in women.

However, as more women participate in sports it is clear that these physiological effects of estrogen contribute to decreases in power and performance and make women more prone to catastrophic ligament injury.


So if you have a high natural E level and high aromatization - I would choose Anavar. If you have a pure strength cycle with the competition in the end... Anavar. High volume training muscle gain period etc. - dbol.
