Hello all,
I am another Canadian that just recently found this board, I will be popping around and asking questions in regards to gear etc. I am new to the scene when it comes to gear but have been working out naturally for many years (off and on sadly) I am looking to sit down and take it more serious as I have career ambitions that require a high degree of fitness standards.
