Hello how you doing?
Ok where to start ? I was born in 1971 in a van on Pacific Coast Hwy... Wait that's going back way to far. Ok short version. I'm 53 never really worked out much just here and there mainly do to my alcohol and drug addiction. Lost everything a time or two. How did that happen. Right ?Finally got sober almost 4 years ago with the help of my lady. She was my ride or die. I lost her 7 months ago. Well instead of going backwards I went straight ahead.. lifting weights and the lord. I know right ? Ok my stats and goals.. I'm 5'6" 150 lbs a little stocky. My plan is to pack on as much muscle as possible safely and keep on keeping on. Picked up some Test C and pinning 3 times a week. Easy peasy. Starting out low and gradually getting myself up to 350 to 400 and see how I feel and what my blood work tells me. Then cruise along. Any advice much appreciated and Thank you!
P.S. I know my spelling and English literature sucks so feel free to bust my balls we're all adults. Much respect brothers and sisters! Peace
 
Welcome. I kinda like you for some reason lol. Sorry for your loss but good for you man. Great response and reaction to hardcore trauma. Your plan sounds easy enough. Really you could start at those dosages too but ramping up is fine I guess.
