Another first Test e &Dbol cycle

Ok was 197 mid 50s, 12bf, was benching 315 comfortable, 335 max. been working out pretty regular for 5 years, last year I really started trying to go up.
About 6 weeks ago I was ready for my start and tore something in my left shoulder so I sat out the gym for 3 weeks and then started my first pin. (test E only)
One day after my first pin I got the flu, fukken bad.
So it's been about two weeks in pin 4 today.
Been hitting the gym hard for one week, started 25 mg of dbol a day also since the start of the week, I lost 8 lbs of muscle in the month I missed the gym, at 190.6 now.
My question is pct, what would you all recommend and what schedule?
Im planning on running test e for 10 weeks and dbol for just one more week.
 
Ok now 18 days in and 4th pin was last sat, in the gym today I am up 2 lbs, cardio was harder then usual, strength is up just a little bit, stopped dbol because my bp was all over the place and got occasional headaches. I go to the doc. on Monday for bp check. it has been a bitch to get a good workout at the gym, I work 12 hr shifts 6 days a week and it's a hour drive each way. I still worked out 5 out of 7 days the last two weeks.now have 5 weeks off and can focus more on my gym routine.
 
Ok today is pin # 5 switched from astro to pep, I pinned this morning and as of now zero pip, never experienced no pip in my short history.
 
#6 today, I have lost two pounds since last week,(189) but lots of cardio has to do with that.
I rode a mx gp yesterday and wasn't tired at all, could have gone another hour. I haven't noticed any more strength in the gym yet and so much for gaining 10 lbs in the first 3 weeks like some have had. I do have a smigen more endurance tho. Something worth noting, this is my second pin with pep,and I totally fukked up this pin, forgot to heat it and then tried to squeeze it thru a 25*1 I was moving the pin like a witch stirring a pot, and I was amazed there was no pip.
 
No particular reason, I have a small stockpile of both, went to the doc today to have blood pressure put in check, he prescribed Zestril, it has gone up to 142/90
 
Did #7 after the gym today, got a redneck invention for easy one handed pinning.
What I did was grab a 7/16 sae flat washer and slide it to the top where the two little tabs are, gives you way more control with one hand and squeeze test thru a 25*1 no problems, stable as a rock. much less pip because you aint moving the pin all around trying to squeeze the shit out of it.
Just starting to pick up a little more strength ,not really gaining weight like crazy tho,
 
Almost thru my fourth week, pin 9 today. In the gym I'm feeling a little stronger, but I've lost a lot of my gut and chest and arms a little bigger, I am doing extra sets and slowly going up in weight. I am now starting to feel like no matter how hard or long I workout it seems like I left some on the table.
