I have been around some time and decided to jump in offically. Been to a few other boards, but found myself spending the most time here and getting what I feel best, most straight forward information. For myself, mid 40's' and been involved with sports and training my whole life. Experimented in my 20's (wished I had this amount of info then) with AAS, a few bouts in my 30's, then got into the ultra endurance stuff for a few years. Less than a year ago I looked in the mirror and said being skinny and frail sucks. After that day, signed up at a gym and hit the weights again as hard as i could. I am looking to make the right choices and learn from people that are sharing their knowledge and experiences. So, hello to the board and thanks for having me.
