Another PCT?

Hey guys so i got back my bloodwork and everything is good except my hormones.
After my last cycle (Test E and DHB) ending in the last summer I did 8 weeks of PCT.
(since then about 4 months passed and my cycle was 5 months long)

However my test is really low and LH also. Especially because im 23 years old
(Be aware that these are the normal ranges of my lab and for some reasons they tend to differ sign. From source to source)

•Total Testosterone: 285 ng/dL (Normal: 240–870 ng/dL)

•Free Testosterone: 15.4 pg/mL (Normal: 7–22.7 pg/mL)

•SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin): 1.43 mg/L (Normal: 1.62–7.37 mg/L

•LH (Luteinizing Hormone): 2.4 mIU/mL (Normal: 0.6–12.1 mIU/mL)

•FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone): 1.94 mIU/mL (Normal: 0.95–11.95 mIU/mL)

For my PCT I used 25mg Enclomiphene Citrate. There isn’t much research about enclompihene citrate so maybe it simply doesn’t work so good/I didn’t get what I paid for/I didn’t respond well to it or maybe my test values were so low even before my first cycl, who knows (the cycle last summer was my second cycle and before my first cycle I didn’t do bloodwork, because I was an idiot).

So I thought about doing another PCT at least this was advised to me by some people with more experience.
So why didn’t I choose Nova in the first place? Because it interacts with my adhd meds
(“Here we demonstrate, for the first time to our knowledge, that tamoxifen inhibits normal function of the DAT in an atypical manner. These conclusions are based on our results demonstrating that tamoxifen attenuates both [3H]dopamine uptake and amphetamine-stimulated dopamine efflux in vitro and hyperactivity in vivo, yet fails to induce hyperlocomotion in vivo. Inhibition of dopamine uptake by tamoxifen is noncompetitive and independent of changes in surface DAT levels.”)
Just to give some context, and this also matches my experience with Nova during my first PCT. So its not my first choice but if necessary I will use it.
So im thinking about trying Raloxifene. It showed some cognitive improvement in general and at last I couldn’t really find any evidence it interacted with dopamine or more specific DAT so I guess that’s my choice?
I was also thinking about maybe adding only a small amount of tamoxifen like half the normal dose (10mg) on top of the Raloxifen to maybe increase the results? Meaning 60mg Raloxifen + 10mg Tamoxifen?

Any general advise? Comments about the bloodwork? Whats your opinion?
