Another Regaining Fertility log

I have found the logs of others really useful so will start my own, in the hope it may help someone in the future.

Background - 32 years old, been blasting and cruising for 10 years. Nothing crazy. Never over 500mg Test. Tried Tren once 3/4 years ago, hated it. Used Anavar, Tbol on blast. Been Sports TRT only for last 2 years, anything from 100 to 200 a week.

Never used HCG. Sparingly used it from January this year - maybe 500iu a week, but some weeks without.

Tried coming off Test, could not have sex. Going to keep Test at 25-50mg a week.

Started on November 1st
Protocol

HCG 2000iu EOD
HMG 75iu EOD

Vit C 2G
Vit E 800iu
Selenium 200ug
Iron 25mg
L-Carnitine 2G

Testing at home using ExSeed

4th November - 0 Sperm
29th November - 0 Sperm
18th December - 8.8 Million Total Motile (11% Progressive Motility)

You're shooting some really encouraging numbers and that's a great protocol, imo. Don't get your hopes up, but I would expect a quick increase from here.

Upping Asin to 12.5mg MWF as erections have been poor, not great for fertility!

Going to add Proviron 50mg ED from Jan, and Cialis 10mg around wife's window.

Next SA due in 3 weeks.

Really disheartening numbers, unsure what it could be. Decided to stop the low dose Test incase it is that. Missed a couple shots around Xmas and New Year, maybe that also.

HMG and HCG is QSC, confident in them. Should I add HGH? Have some on hand and seen 1.5iu ED can have a positive effect on sperm.

Going to use HCG ED until end of the month.

why drop the test ? dont make a sense, dont do anything when he take hcg and hmg

Sorry to hear about the disappointing SA and a bit surprising given the previous result.

Dropping test now surely would speed things up a bit if you don’t have the time or patience to keep pursuing fertility while staying on.

Do you plan on using any enclo/clomid or anything now?

Not going to use enclo or clomid. As far as I'm aware that would only work if I was trying to recover and not use HCG/HMG.

dont forget, when u dont take test and only hcg/hmg, your test never come back faster ( lh and fsh ) - so the best wht u can do, is test stop and do it with clomid and or enclo
