Another Reta thread

Well I am trying to get the hang of putting posts where they belong lol. I went on Reta 10 days ago. I lost track of time because I originally thought it was a week. My dose was 1.5-2mg as far as I can tell. The very small syringes make it hard to get it exact. But that’s my sis and I am running on my second.

Here is what I am on, tren, mast, HGH, test and Reta. Now I am having a fat issue. My waist went down dramatically in a little over a week. I have zero appetite and actually forgot to eat a few times. I am trying to keep my muscle and lose some fat. Not exactly cut but lose the bad shit before bulking again. Now I schedule my meals and had to introduce shakes into the mix. Mainly because my appetite suppression.

My energy is very crazy! I swear it feels amazing. I use 2-3units of HGH everyday. Now again, I keep forgetting to eat. So I bought some protein and powdered peanut butter. So I drink 3 of those a day with my meals in between. I know I am losing fat and I am down 8 pounds in a little over a week and would been more I just started to make myself eat. My pants are down a size.

So can I go into a lean bulk with this? Eat like 200-250 grams per day protein and limited clean carbs. Do you think the Reta will still burn fat?


I also never lost any strength of any kind since my loss last week! So I don’t see it making me lose strength or size! That is my experience so far. How long should I stay on this? Maybe a couple months?
 
Don't bulk until you get between 10-15%. I prefer closer to 15, I'm not interested in the work it takes to maintain 10. Every bulk should be a lean bulk. Everything else is just a euphemism for eating too much and getting fat.

Just stick with it a little longer. It’s so satisfying when you get the fat down. The bulk afterwards makes muscles feel like they're popping out of no where.

As an aside, I like mixing 3g glycerol, 3g taurine, 3g l-citruline, and 5g creatine as a pre-workout. It gives an amazing tight, vascular pump that makes you look and feel like superman. And it has no stimulants. I drink that twice a day. 1 qt 30-40 minutes pre-workout, and then I sip a second qt at the gym/ finish off later if needed. All of this can be found on Amazon for cheap.

Thank you my brother. My buddy says I am about 25percent right now. I swear I think more like 50 percent! But I am a very big critic of myself. But the fucking energy blast from this shit is straight amazing. And with the HGH I go straight to sleep. Can’t describe it I feel like I am 25 years old again! And I can wait to get this off me and I know it’s just been 10 days but this shit is melting.

Another problem is I am not drinking any fluids either. I have to force it down me.

But the fucking energy blast from this shit is straight amazing. And with the HGH I go straight to sleep. Can’t describe it I feel like I am 25 years old again! And I can wait to get this off me and I know it’s just been 10 days but this shit is melting.

I'm 57, so no spring chicken. I take my hgh (4iu) shortly after waking (4:30-5:00 am). I have a cup of coffee and start my day. I eat breakfast around 8:30. Those three to four hours fasted have done a number on my visceral fat. My stomach is noticeably slimmer after six weeks. My girl keeps joking that it's no longer "soft".

I won't tell you what you should or shouldn't do. I'll share my experience with you. You can compare it to what others doing, and decide what's right for the results you want.
 
Yeah I am 51 and was never ever gonna try glp-1 until I heard about Reta. I see the results every tone is having I just don’t understand why it hasn’t been released to the public. I haven’t read anything bad about the shit yet. But I hate scheduled feedings. I eat every 2 hours at least 30 grams protein. And I do shakes sometimes although I ain’t a fan of them. Every time I do shakes seems like I get fat. I eat a can of tuna every 2 hours and of course my 5 meals with carbs. I am still losing although i am eating way more. I just can’t remember sometimes. I just got back on track and I swear it’s like Reta erased the meal function out of my brain.
 
I'm not sure how similar our situations are, I'm not on steroids yet or gh, and I'm obese, but I've been on reta for 13 weeks now and my energy is also excellent, I'm up to 8mg/wk, my progress in the gym has continued, I'm down 30lbs and I would swear my muscles have been growing. I suspect this stuff will be the king of recomposition for a while until they drop one of the glp-1s with a myostatin inhibitor. I just wish I had done a dexa before I started. I'll be on reta for quite a while for sure. I'm looking forward to trying aas and GH when the time is right but I don't think I'm *losing* any muscle without that stuff, so I bet you can keep growing muscle even on higher dose reta if you decide to titrate up.

Tren at 25% bodyfat is definitely *a* choice. Wouldn't call it a good one though.

If you are 25% you’re wasting tren and mast. Why are you even thinking about bulking? You’re fat. None of the weight you lose will be muscle. It is extremely hard to lose muscle. I stay 250 8-10% year round. I can easily cut down to 235 losing no muscle in the process
