Anthony Mackie Joins Wahlberg and Johnson for Bay's 'Pain & Gain'

Dwayne Johnson and Mark Wahlberg are leading the story about a couple of steroid-abusing knucklehead bodybuilders from Florida who become criminals involved in an extortion ring and a kidnapping plot that all goes horribly wrong in Michael Bay's next project Pain & Gain. Anthony Mackie is in talks to join the film as Adrian Doorbal, a big-hearted bodybuilder who works out with Wahlberg's character Daniel Lugo and decides to get involved in this dangerous scheme. Ed Harris is also signed on to play private detective Ed Du Bois and Rob Corddry recently joined the cast as John Mese, the former accountant and notary who owns the gym where Lugo works.
