yea I am a specialist at fucking my own back up....

Well, your situation is a hundred times worse than mine it sounds like...but in HS, I managed to detach my L5 vert from my spine, its called spondylolisthesis and it sucks - only way to fix is with a screw into the spine. So after I found out what the deal was, I incorporated exercises into my workouts that strengthen the muscles (mainly hams and abs) that take pressure off my back when I do shit (walk, run, basketball, fuck your mom, etc...). So I have a few kooky exercises that I do that focus on hamstrings, and then of course you know what works abs. Also adjusting your posture to keep your back straight helps as well...Still hurts now and then if I'm not careful. I'm guessing you'll need some kind of surgery though, good luck.

Loss of bladder and bowel control is a normal sign of back injury. I know from my own experience. If I were you, I would DEMAND to see an orthopedic immediately and DO NOT let that smuck your seeing now touch you again. You have some serious problems, but I didnt need to tell you that.
You have a right to be seen by someone who specializes in that area and workers comp cannot deny you. I dont know what state you live in, so I wont start quoting workers comp law. If you dont have a lawyer, get one.
good luck to you bro.
peace.
