Ive got a q for ya...how do you guys minimize the injuries after a cycle while training MMA/BJJ and lifting? My last cycle was a 14 weeker and I was a fuckin animal on the mats but afterwards (now this has been about 12 weeks post) I've been hit with injury after injury...
I also noticed the other bros I train with at my academy also get injured alot when they are "off" just post cycle, I was wondering if any of you have any experience with minimizing this risk as I would like to run cutter, but dont want to feel like I did last time (post cycle)
BTW I did run nolva (I prefer to clomid) and even hcg at week 10-12...also upped my cals etc and dropped my volume in the gym...I onlyt lost about 5 lbs but gained about 2% BF...thought that was pretty good except for the injuries
