Any solutions for PIP?

Hey guy, I pinned about .5ml of Test E 300 in my left glute last Wednesday... felt nothing the next day until later that night when I started experiencing excruciating PIP. it's now day 4 and if anything the pain seems to be getting worse... I don't have any lumps but there is redness and extremely sore at injection spot. I've never experienced anything like this in 8 years of injections.. I can't walk, it hurts when I'm laying down, almost impossible to stand up... can't train, I've had to call out of work, cancel plans with family...etc.. I've been alternating heat and ice for the last 3 days and taking ibuprofen around the clock but I'm not getting any relief.. anybody have some outside the box ideas I haven't thought of?

Eh I'll give it benefit of the doubt.
But I do know my first cycle with good lab (pharmacon) I got test e 500
I could hide the pain but it was sensitive as fuck
A feather brushing the spot could make me wince if there was no one around to see lol
But that was also 500mg/ml at ½ml 2x a week

I doubt there was anything wrong with the gear more then the common knowledge of test E giving people issues. The source went above and beyond to take care of it.
