Just creatine and a protein powder for me.
Creatine - keeps muscle full with water, been using that one even before using steroids (lifting experience of 11 years only the last 3 not natty)
Glutamine -post workout shake 5g + pre-bedtime meal 5g with oats (and casein powder). Helps with recovery. i experimented with it intermittently ( 2 weeks on off for three months to evaluate) before adding it permanently.
Citrulline malate - 5g 30 min preworkout. Gets you a new level of pump (won't lie i am also taking 5-10 mg ciallis with it so....)
I don't count protein powders as supplements- its just food.

Yea, liquid turmeric for inflammation. Shit works like a champ! After trying damn near everything for an inflamed tricep tendon after surgical repair this one seems to work the best and has all my joints feeling like new lately

Vaso6 do you the actual name of the supp I’m interestedTyrosine is very effective for focus preworkout. It's my favorite supplement other than the ones listed above like caffeine and fish oil. I like 500mg for a little boost in the morning, but enjoy up to 2g preworkout. It's super cheap to experiment with, so if u dont like it, no big deal.
Also, vaso6 is effective for preworkout pumps. I believe it's an arginine derivative, but I dont remember that for sure without looking it up. You can get it by itself or in pump mixes with cit malate (as someone else suggested above), arginine, agmatine, etc. Vaso6 is a bit pricier supplement but I think it's worth the cost for how it can make arm or back workouts more fun. I dont use it on leg or chest days because it's too much pump and causes cramps for me.
Dr Jim suggested sticking to supps with human trials. I bet you could find studies that could help u with decisions on ALCAR, beta alinine, Sam-e, just off the top of my head.
