Any suppliers have injectable lidocaine vials?

i have acces ... more info by email

First to address ya'll - it's not gyno.

The tattoo dude was closest.

It's to use for around my face whilst using a cannula to inject dermal filler, mmmkay?

And I may also use it for a tattoo.

It's just hand shit to have to hand cause that topical shit takes forever.

Can I get some prices?
Septocaine looks better cause it contains a vasoconstrictor.

tapped. Fucking tapped mentally.

I met a guy that had frozen and cleaved off some toes with a chisel. That was maybe 20 years ago now. Some of the stuff people get into is wild. I thought making a bong out of a vacuum was wild :p
Bro some fucking people. With this guy I'm like well yeah you think you know your shit well enough to cut off your own balls but your also a guy who thinks it's a good idea to cut off your own balls.

Bruh... my entire back is covered in tattoos I got in Asia from a monk poundIng a literal nail thousands of times into me. If I could handle 8 hours of that, you can handle a tattoo gun for a little bit. Plus lidocaine may fuck with your skin accepting the ink.

As far as the cannula goes, I would still recommend xylocaine 2% adrenaline. It makes the lidocaine last much, much longer. Have you tried rubbing ky around the area before using it?

can I get a price on each?

Any idea the shelf life after reconstitution? (not important if you don't have that information).
Dude, I'll give you it for free. I just want to see the video of it lol. It doesn't have to be reconstituted, it's liquid from the manufacturer

Just saw this. Now I'm sad.

Adrenaline and vasoconstriction is good cause it shrinks blood vessels, less chance of vessel occlusion whilst using dermal filler (which is the worst complication to get).

But septocaine has that also?

Septocaine is gonna leave your face numb like you just did a gram of coke, it also normally contains 15% epinephrine which may give you some heart issues. Xylocaine is usually only 2% epinephrine.

Are you going to inject this derma filler using a cannula by yourself? Can you film it? What is derma filler? Botox?

You can handle the tattoo dude. I have 2 full sleeves and chest done and eventually whole torso will be done. Endorphins kick in and your good to go. The lidocaine cream sometimes doesn't work well with the ink and many tattoo artists will not tattoo you if you use it. Pop a percocet or something if your pain tolerance is low. If you truly wanted to get a whole sleeve done in say one sitting you would need to do a nerve block using something like bupivacaine.

Oh fuck, I missed the part where he using the cannula to insert a dermafiller.

Yeah, 22 gauge, big ol' cannula.

You gotta make a puncture with a 21 G needle so it will fit, which is like a garden hose in yo' face.

Thus the anaesthetic.
I've done botox a bunch of times, filler is waaaay more complicated as there have been reports of blindness/necrosis etc.
Botox is easy cause it's injected at 4 IU per site in muscle belly, but takes 2500 IU into a vessel for systemic effects.

There's fear around it being a toxin but it's actually about as safe a treatment as can be.

Filler requires a blunt tip flexible cannula to reduce risk as much as possible.

Are you a hygienist?

I've never actually seen a male hygienist, always curious about how that worked.
My wife is. If I could go back in time I would focus solely on either being an orthodontist or an oral surgeon though. Maximum return for the least amount of work. Just have to make it through the higher education
