Anyone Have experience with zphcstore.com

Has anyone had any experience with zphcstore.com?

They seem a little overpriced and have spectrum and zphc brands mainly but for backup they could be a once in awhile order. My concern is that they have multiple routes to payment including PayPal and that just screams a little sketchy to me.
Can anyone shed some light?
