Has anyone taken zma when they still had growing to do in height? if so what age did you take it and did you continue to grow much taller afterwards?
 
ZMA wont stunt your grownt like juice will. It very slightly increases test, at your age you wont notice any real results cuz your test is so high already. But you will sleep like a hibernating bear and have the most vivid dreams ever. I take it cuz I like the dreams
 
ZMA is harmless...in fact it does little or nothing at all - beneficial or otherwise.
Independent studies have suggested that Tribulus terrestris extract does increase testosterone levels, though leaving them in the normal range, which is not thought to increase muscle development.

It does just about as much as trib would. Which honestly is nothing. Unfortunately its very hard to find products that actualy work. Im sure you already know but the whole point of these supplements is to make money off of hopes and dreams and NOT to work. Dont get me wrong there are some out there that do work. They get banned quick but they work.

One supplement that might have more scientific research backing it up as a test booster is Eurycoma longifolia. Appearantly the British Journal of Sports Medicine published a study showing that Eurycoma longifolia "caused increased muscle strength and size when compared to a placebo." http://bjsm.bmjjournals.com/cgi/content/full/37/5/464

There are also a bunch of studies (mostly Malaysian) supporting Eurycoma longifolia as a pro-androgenic in rats, for what it's worth.

Just came across some new info on Eurycoma longifolia that I'd thought I'd share. In this case it's in the form a product called Longjack.

The following ingredients/products were studied with successful
results in recent months, and the accompanying data
was presented at the International Society of Sports Medicine
(ISSN) conference in Las Vegas, June 15-17th 2006. For those
unfamiliar, the ISSN is an independent organization dedicated
to advancing sports nutrition research. It is headed by Jose
Antonio, Ph.D., FACSM, CSCS, a widely published industry
author and researcher, with a background in skeletal
muscle plasticity, endocrinology and metabolism. The ISSN is perhaps
the most recognized group of its type at the present time, and has highlighted
the work of many well-respected scientists in the field. It can, likewise, be
considered at the current forefront of sports nutrition research.

Partners produced a study on Eurycoma
longifolia, commonly known as Tongkat
Ali or Longjack. Thirty male subjects
were recruited from a 24-hour mountain
biking event, and asked to provide saliva
samples before and after each lap so they
could measure cortisol and testosterone
levels. The subjects completed 4 laps
(14.91 miles/lap) and provided 8 saliva
samples over a 24h period. The subjects
(15 in each group) consumed either
100mg of a standardized Longjack
product or a placebo approximately 30
minutes before the event. The results
were as follows.Cortisol levels were 32.3%
lower in the group taking Lockjack.
Testosterone levels were also 16.4% higher
in those taking Longjack compared to
placebo.
These results suggested that
Longjack can help maintain a hormonal
environment that favors anabolism by
lowering cortisol levels and increasing
testosterone levels during intense
endurance exercise.
 
No. Stay off the supplements. Just take in lots of protein. What's the hurry? You're 16, the only thing you should be doing is trying to get laid:D
