Anyone making liquid orals?

Does anyone have a significant amount of experience with making orals in liquid form?

I find a lot of recipes that use some form of PEG and it seems a tad difficult to find locally. ( I will move to the internet if need be) Is it possible to directly swap out PEG with PG or VG? Do any adjustments need to be made?

I see people mentioning oraplus and honestly im not sure where to go with that. I see conflicting information about raws suspending properly or at all and if that one product is good enough.

Lastly, what are your thoughts on making your own PCT orals? Raws would most likely be from PPL. Good idea or go with proven ready made sources?

Miralax is PEG 3350. Find it at any store just about. It’s a laxative is all. And in small amounts it’s just fine to consume without getting all lubed up inside.

They actually use PEG, a slightly different form, still a laxative, in pharmacies today to mix oral solutions.

I’m making my own oral solutions right now with Ora plus and a little Grain alcohol to help mix it up. PPL raws and bloodwork to verify. Making large batches so I can go off of bloodwork.

It's apprx 3/4 glycerin and 1/4 grey goose vodka, lol. See, even the vodka i use in the orals is top notch. The alcobol helps it from clumping up. Helps keep it well dispersed. The glycerin is sweet, so helps with flavor and thick as heck so helps keep it suspended for a while.

Vegetable oil works fine.

you are a fucking joke!!!

It's an easy thing go and search in " google" and " youtube" don't rely on people.....WTF Take this though

I was considering that, vegetable oil just doesnt seem very appealing to me.

I actually decided to go with glycerin and alcohol for a small batch of cialis. Seems to have worked well enough.

Yes Cialis works pretty good with vodka and a bit of glycerin or just vodka itself, just shake it good enough every time

Isnt using the google and the youtube relying on people? I dont believe the robots have taken over yet and mass produced videos about AAS...or is my mind being controlled?

I would rather take the advice of people here.

For Cialis,
You can also use it as a suspension in a 5Hr Energy drink (57ml bottle). Shake it up and pull out your requires dose. Made mine at 20mg/ml.

Research "solubility" studies of the compound you are attempting to make into solution.
That is where I get my info.
Example:
Solubility of Exemestane and Thermal Degredation Info

PREFACE:
I was able to dissolve Exemestane in PEG400 @25mg/ml, only after bringing to a temp of 170 degrees.
Prepared hot water in pan. Brought slowly to 170 degrees measured with thermometer.
While bringing up to temp, stopped at 130F, let sit. Then 150F, then 160F.
Most dissolved at 160F after 10 minutes. Still some settling.
Brought to 170F, then turned off heat, checked in 5 minutes(temp will slowly fall due to removal of heat of course)...
All dissolved except for a couple of small slivers/flakes/granules. Will most likely dissolve within a day or two.
Some compounds begin to dissolve over time in PEG.

FURTHER RESEARCH:
I began research and came across this.
Oral Bioavailability Enhancement of Exemestane from Self-Microemulsifying Drug Delivery System (SMEDDS)
Exemestane possess the highest solubility in Capryol 90 (88.7 mg/mL)followed by castor oil (30.4 mg/mL);"
Here is a table of solubility:
Tab2.png

Thermal Degredation:
When the drug exposed to dry heat in oven at 120°C for 24 h, it was observed that there was rise in two degradation products at 3.23 and 4.59 min of retention time and also a significant change in peak area of the drug was observed. Almost 4.39% degradation was observed. The assay of the active substance in thermal degraded sample was found to be 95.61%

Thermal Degredation PDF

NOTE: Exemastane should be ground with mortar and pestle, as usually supplied in a more course granule, sizes comparable to sugar, somewhat smaller. Varies.

As you can see... sure PEG did the job, but had I fully researched, I would have found correct solubility info and saved time.

Ora plus for everything
Not recommended for everything...
You probably weren't considering prami.
Prami would be dangerous in Ora-plus because would be mainly suspended, inaccurate dosing.
Example: Pramipexole

It is highly stable and is soluble in water around 20mg/ml (very high dose)

I put mine in distilled water @1mg/ml.
You need an accurate milligram scale.
Added to 30ml. No need for displacement consideration. Such a small amount.. may be either very very slightly over or underdosed.
Regarding Ora-Plus.
There is literature that recommend using a small amount of Ora-Plus added to compound in a small dish, and converting/crushing into a paste first, to allow further accurate dispersion in suspension, then adding this to rest of mixture.

There are a few things i don’t use it for

I have a feeling this is sarcasm.
I seen the thread where you were asking some questions, and felt maybe people were coming off as you are posting here.

You should set the example of how you wish to be treated bro, not exaggerate to prove a point.
