Anyone on MESO who do stomach vacuum for waist ?

They rule. By strengthening your natural waist belt, you tighten up your stomach and get a thinner waist. Works wonders for your deadlift and squat too. Makes big toots, don't do in busy gym.

I not use a waist belt. Better for the core and lower back to train without imo. But thanks for chiming in ,)
