Anyone try Bowl o Gainz?

I’m almost shocked at the price to be honest. The fact that people still buy this, after looking at the ingredient list, is pretty damn unreal.

I tried the blueberry flavor a while back. Thought it tasted weird and the price is a joke. I love plain old cream of rice from regular grocery stores. Don’t really see a need for this stuff.

In general, I agree, I also do not see much sense, especially for such money.

I’ve tried the brownie batter and it’s good. Like others said, it’s fairly overpriced. What I’ve done instead is made my own by combining cream of rice, cocoa powder, sugar free chocolate pudding powder, and sucralose.

Is there a recipe with grams and how did you cook it, would you like to try it?

Sure. 45g cream of rice, 5g of pudding mix, 5g of Hersey’s dark chocolate cocoa. Bring 175g of water to a boil, add the cream of rice/pudding/cocoa to the boiling water and whisk together until thickened (30-60 seconds). Add Sucralose to taste. I love this stuff and eat it everyday. You can add peanut butter for fat if you desire. Let me know what you think.

Man... don't be so lazy people, I can make a better tasting protein desert with 50 grams of protein.

I can make guide lol... just joking it's super easy, just use some creativity and your hands.

Thank you very much, I will try to cook.

I agree for the most part, this was an easy recipe to recreate, but for some people it’s a treat that tastes good during prep. What could you make that tastes better and fits into a 1700 cal diet? I genuinely want to know!

I think this is a very real and ideal option.
