Anyone use Prostate meds?

is anyone here successfully using any prostate meds for an enlarged prostate?
If so, which meds and are they helping?

Palmetto berry season here in Florida. They are selling for like 5 bucks a pound. You can pick a 100 lbs in an afternoon. They are dried ground capsuled and sold herbaly for prostate probs. There is something too be said for it.
