Anyone use Strongcoin? Or suggestion..

Has anyone used the Strongcoin wallet for their Bitcoin transactions? Do you recommend it?
If not, do you have a suggestion for a better option?

I use coinbase as my main storage option, but need a good online "sending" wallet for people who understand the process with secure tumbling.

I don't want anything you have to download like Electrum, mycelium or multibit HD.
Something as anonymous as possible.

It looks fairly good for a sending wallet

looks like they are located in London
so it would be good to know if they UK laws allow/force them to track your IP

Which would you recommend as a receiving wallet?
