any bros have an aquarium in their house? im thinking of getting large one for my apartment, 30-50 gallons. where is the best place to buy them for those who might know??

petland is the cheapest for brand new tanks local petshops are too high priced i have 3 125gal tanks with snapping turtles its the shit but filters are a pain in the ass

i got a 55 gal from wal-mart for 200. and it is big. 2 oscars and 1 jack dempsy.

i have a 55 gallon from petco. Tank was like 90 or 100 dollars. Package deals seem like they are around 200 bucks. I built mine into the wall so i didn't need a stand. Like the big knob job says "check the local paper" depends on what type of fish u want but 100 gallon may be overkill especially if its your 1st tank. I have oscars in mine. Cool fish but damn messy. I had a jack dempsey but he didn't like my oscars so he got the skillet treatment lol

I had a 55 gallon tank once that had a clown fish in it. Got the little bugger from a dealer that got him straight from the ocean. Poor bastard missed the ocean so much that he found a way to jump out of the tank and flop across the road in order to get into the bay. I miss the little guy.

BOB that is some funny shit bro!!!!!!!!!! The best way to go is salt water bro , but I wouldent do so if its your first tank. Pet land is your best bet bro. Get a 55 gallon and a whisper power filter. It is by far the easiest type of filter . latches on to the back of the tank so it cant be seen and you just slide a filter cartridge in and out to clean... youl need a heater as well if you want anything cooler than gold fish. $200 sould be a price to expect bro . be safe, JP

yep package tank, oak satnd ( fake oak), lid, 2 lights.prob another 200 for heater,filter,decorations, and fish.
